| Let me tell you something... if Amber calls you anything like that, ignore her, she isn't worth your time. if it continues for whatever reason tell an adult. Save your breath. I'm going to say it WAS very very very very awkward for me because it was my first time. Yeah I was scared out of my wits because well its weird. but now I'm kinda used to doing my own routine (down below) and it works perfectly. :) you may seem highly uncomfortable in front of other people. So, my advice to you? buy a gym shirt that covers over your underwear, wear a tank top under your normal clothes (you can take it off after gym if you want). When you start changing, take off your shirt first (you still have your tank top on, so no worries) and then put on your gym shirt. Your gym should be covering your underwear, so then you can take off your jeans without anyone seeing. :) after gym take off your gym pants/shorts off first, then put your jeans on. then take your gym shirt off and put your normal shirt on. if you don't feel comfortable that way for the first few times, go to the bathroom stalls and change. hope I helped. :) |
